The posting of flyers or promotional material is permitted on pillars located on floors 2-5. These pillars are intended for the use of Recognized Student Groups, University Organizations and Departments. Items posted in these designated areas using tacks, pushpins, or masking tape. Pillars will be completely cleared of all materials each Sunday night.
Flyers, posters, or other printed material may not be affixed to surfaces other than designated areas within the building.
All event marketing and promotions must adhere to the advertising guidelines for University Groups and Organizations as outlined on the University Policies website.
