James Joy

As the Assistant Director for Operations and Customer Service for Lerner Hall, James oversees the Lerner Hall Operations Team to support the delivery of services for students, staff and guests of the university. He works closely with Facilities, University Event Management, Dining, Public Safety and other related University partners. 

James began working at Columbia University as an Assistant Manager for the Lerner Operations team in January 2016. James holds a BS in Natural Sciences from St. Thomas Aquinas College, a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Stony Brook University, and a Master of Science in Human Capital Management from Columbia University.
